    im taking serious mass. iniinum ko lang sya tuwing mag gym ako before and after. 1 scoop of serious mass + 2or3 banana+3 scoops ng powder milk or fresh milk pwede din + ice and blender.

    hindi ako nag aamino ung pure. rather ginagamit ko is revicon. kahit di sya sing lakas ng amino talaga. pag support ko lang un sa buhat ko.

    di ako umiinom ng serious mass pag hindi ako nag bubuhat. ung powder milk ko lang like nido or bear brand iniinom ko. dahil nga di mo matutunaw lahat nung calories ng serious mass resulting na lalaki talaga tiyan mo.

    for now na achieve ko naman ung gusto kong katawan maintain nalang ako. proper exercise and training + diet lang talaga.

    I have both ON Whey GS and ON Serious Mass.

    ON Whey - Morning & Before I workout
    ON SM - After i workout & before I sleep
