Tanungin ko sya kung may binebenta pa sila kaso equivalent in US $ ang selling price nila which is $4 kaya medyo mahal.

mga sir, what do you prefer standing Military press or Seated Military Press?
  • DSmallDivideDSmallDivide Posts: 4,565
for me standing, first its a compound exercise. it strengthens your core muscles and has more of a carry-over sa poundages pagdating sa bench press.

I'm Planning to buy whey protein and Creatine. My goal is burning fat and to gain lean muscles but not too bulky (because of my height). Thanks guys

Well i wouldn't say its superior to the other, kasi may ibang purpose kung bakit may seated at standing. though for me the standing version helps me strengthen my core and shoulders and a bit of my lats better than the seated version, w/c i also need in order to lift heavier loads sa deadlifts, squats and bench press.

Like ng nasabi ni monch and koya bards, may mga reason kung bakit seated ang preffered nila may mga tao kasi na hinde made for standing presses, just like some people not made for squats, due to certain circumstances like injuries, etc...

Imo.. buff = being muscular.. tapos cut or cuts = muscle separation.. going on a cut = lowering ones bf%.

i do both standing and seated.. standing is when im in a rush or doing x-fit style training..

seated pag straight program and heavy.. besides, i dont have to focus on added core engagement by doing standing MP since i do other exercises that hits em (core).
