sir milk tanong ko lang sa myofusion. bakit yung myo ko (2 tubs) magkaiba yung calories nya per serving? pero both is milk choco flavor? yung 1st tub is 147 cal yung second is 150. take note sirs both milk choco flavor. thank sir baka kasi na experience mo na din to dahil alam ko solid myo user ka. ty sir

done training delts with serg and aloy. i under estimated aloy's strength sa DB shoulder press. malakas na din pala syang mag buhat, medyo nabitin tuloy sya ahahah. dibale hindi pa naman yun ang last time na buhat natin aloy eh. all went well kahit sobrang init ngayun sa gym. ang bilis maka drain ng lakas! excited na tuloy ako sa friday wo sa gym nila DS, may air-con kasi eh ehehehe!
bukas back naman. kailangang lumaki ulit at magbawi ng nawalang kapal at lapad!
subukan ko bumalik bukas sir. paborito ko ang back kasi dun ako mahina eh.

attempted do do heavy DL's and i only got:
90 lbs x failure
90 lbs x failure
180 lbs x 10reps
230 lbs x 8 reps
230 lb x 7 reps
then proceed with my other back exercises such as lat pulls, seated row, t bar rows and DB rows. did all of them as heavy as i can.
bukas chest training with DS at heavy nanamn ulit! buhat lang ng buhat!
