    all out heavy back routine kanina.

    attempted do do heavy DL's and i only got:
    90 lbs x failure
    90 lbs x failure
    180 lbs x 10reps
    230 lbs x 8 reps
    230 lb x 7 reps

    then proceed with my other back exercises such as lat pulls, seated row, t bar rows and DB rows. did all of them as heavy as i can.

    bukas chest training with DS at heavy nanamn ulit! buhat lang ng buhat!

    sir milk tanong ko lang sa myofusion. bakit yung myo ko (2 tubs) magkaiba yung calories nya per serving? pero both is milk choco flavor? yung 1st tub is 147 cal yung second is 150. take note sirs both milk choco flavor. thank sir baka kasi na experience mo na din to dahil alam ko solid myo user ka. ty sir

    ^di ko pa na encounter yun kasi yung mga cho flavor na myo na nagamit ko are all my hydro na. isa lang ang pwede dahilan nung pag kakaiba nung sayu. yung isa old formula then yung isa is the new one. kaya lang kung pareho as in identical talaga lahat hindi ko na alm kung bakit magkaiba ang cal content.i have just confirmed, yung original formula ng myo only has 147 cal and the myo hydro has 150.

    done training delts with serg and aloy. i under estimated aloy's strength sa DB shoulder press. malakas na din pala syang mag buhat, medyo nabitin tuloy sya ahahah. dibale hindi pa naman yun ang last time na buhat natin aloy eh. all went well kahit sobrang init ngayun sa gym. ang bilis maka drain ng lakas! excited na tuloy ako sa friday wo sa gym nila DS, may air-con kasi eh ehehehe!

    bukas back naman. kailangang lumaki ulit at magbawi ng nawalang kapal at lapad!

    monch - pag maganda ang takbo ng mga bagay bagay sa mga sususnod na buwan. pwede akong mag prepare, matagal pa naman eh.

    aloy - buti naman at nasiyahan ka sa wo natin kanina. sana maka habol ka ulit bukas.

    hahaha.. maganda kasabay si sir milk namomotivate ka mag heavy kahit di mo kaya. parang ang gaan kasi pag siya ang bumubuhat :)

    @aloy - take advantage mo yan na malapit ka kay sir milk, at least you got someone to watch your back(pun intended) hehehehehehe. unlike us na malayo sa mascu gusto din namin sa mecca for pbb! hehehehehe

    actually malayo ako sa mascu, sa a.bonifacio pa ko eh, pero naging workout place ko na sya kasi sa commonwealth pa trabaho ko :)

    had a great back session with serg earlier. we lifted heavy as we could!

    back routine goes as:

    warm up: wide grip chins 3 sets of 8-10 reps

    wide grip lat pulls:
    140lbs x 15
    150lbs x 12
    190lbs x 10
    210lbs x 8 (with spot)

    narrow grip (triangle dual handle grips):
    110lbs x 10
    110lbs x 10
    110lbs x 10
    110lbs x failure

    machine seated rows (dual grips wide):
    140lbs x 12
    150lbs x 10
    170lbs x 10
    190lbs x 8

    t-bar rows:
    80lbs x 12
    90lbs x 10
    100lbs x 10
    115lbs x 8 (i hate this exercise cause its very exhausting lol!)

    one arm hammer machine rows:
    70lbs x 12
    70lbs x 12
    70lbs x 12
    80lbs x failure

    standing machine pull overs:
    100lbs fst-7

    thats about it! my current weight is still at 188lbs.
