    Workout A

    Squats -5x5
    Bench press -5x5
    BB Row - 5x5

    Workout B

    Squats- 5x5
    Military press- 5x5
    Deadlift- 1x5

    Mauuna ang military tapos ang DL 1x5 lang not 5x5.

    ayun nga po pero normally ganyan talaga sinusunod ko ngaung araw lang kasi may naramdaman akong onting pain sa right delts ko kaya ko inuna ung DL.. ulitin ko na lang next workout.. tnx sir noob

    Bench Press- 42. 5 (same as day 1 of this week)
    BB Row - 52.5

    Post workout - Serious Mass + Wendy's Hamburger Deluxe

    may sinuot akong polo kahapon nagulat ako kasi medyo masikip na siya sa braso compare dati. hahaha this is it!

    Squat - 60kgs
    MP - 25 kgs
    Deadlift - 60kgs

    dapat mas mataas ung DL ko kaso nanghina ako kanina tsk. pero anyway masaya ako kasi nakakapagMP na ako ng matino :)

    bumili na pala ako ng creatine and optimen sa CnC

    Creatine - 650
    Optimen - 1200

    Squat - 62.5 kgs
    BP - 45 kgs (sa smith ako nagBP ang tagal kasi matapos nung gumagamit nung power rack)
    Row - 55 kgs

    first time to take creatine before workout.. it felt good kasi parang ang lakas ko LOL
    although uhaw na uhaw ako haha hanggang ngayon.. water-water din

    Post workout - serious mass 1 scoop + mcdo cheeseburger

    nice! keep it up vinze, tama nakakauhaw yan si creatine nakaktuyot nga ng bibig yan eh kahit gallon gallon pa nainom kong tubig pag naka crea ako hehehe

    wasnt able to train for 3 weeks due to work. naubos na rin yung serious mass ko and wasnt able to track my diet. haaay i will be back to training next week.. bulk mode ulit..
