Should I switch from weight gainer to whey protein?

I am 18 years old and is around 5"6. I weighed 40 kg three months ago before I started lifting.
In those 3 months I used a weight gainer called Venum Mass. Serving is 3 scoops but I only did 2.
Either in the morning/ pre workout and post workout.
After 3 months from 40 kgs to 55 kgs and developed some muscle.
So should I continue taking weight gainer or switch to whey protein?

What's your goal?
You are averaging 3lbs a week? Sounds like quite... drastic and fast. Hope you didn't gain mostly fat.

my goal right now is to gain more mass actually nga po from the mass gainer I took konting fat lang po yung nagain ko and puro muscle na po yung iba.
not so much fat. but since i am skinny back then I could use a little amount of fat but thankfully I gained mostly muslce
