oo paps nag change sched kasi ako sa work, kaya need mag adjust, most probably this coming week ma reset ulit, shifting na kasi kami. anyway, paps ask ko lang about sa hydroxycut next gen, ano gamit mo yung white or red capsule? may napanood kasi ako sa youtube magkaiba daw effect nun. at wala bang side effect yan sa health natin in the long run, balak ko na kasi mag try nyan baka next week, kaumay yung lower belly ko parang ayaw mag shrink kahit konti man lang sa tingin ko hehehe.

malayo pa sa inaasam asam, the truth is, im not really happy sa result after 6 months of hard work, it seems something wrong, but what doesn't kill me makes me more makulit hehehe, kaya starting tom, I'm gonna try something new workout routine and approach in this full of theory world of bodybuilding hahaha.
