    btw saturday we had our bible study, i ordered a bucket of kfc, the wife ate 3 pcs, i finished the 12pcs, i cant even sit down sa busog, heres the aftermath

    workout yesterday

    cardio 20minutes tabata/metafit style (balik alindog program) hahaha, medyo nagka laman gawa nung holiday season. mabilis talaga ako tumaba, hehehe. kainis, yung ilan months na pag papapayat, ilang araw lang na lamon tumataba kagad ako. hehe

    Sunday workout :)

    20 minutes cardio tabata/metafit style (sa bahay ako nag gaganito) hehe, sa gym pala namin may metafit program,200 pesos singil nila per session.. pag naaabutan ko sila pa start lagi nila ako niyayaya mag metafit(200php) sabe ko ayaw ko... sa isip isip ko sa yoututbe ang dameng ganyan, hahaha. yung 200 ko ipambabayad ko sa inyo pambili ko na lang food.hehehe.

    Leg press pyramid
    leg extension 3x8
    Dumbbell Lunges 3x8
    Calf raises- 3 sets with dumbbell, 3 sets body weight.
    Sit ups, dumbbell side bends.

    1 whole chicken

    How do you know what kind of belt to buy? Baka magkamali ako at sinturon ni hudas ang mabili ko. :P

    basta 4inches ang standard, too thick tends to hit the ribs
