  • well, technically, mas may tama ang decline, layo dips sa chest, flat bench is more on front delts and triceps..notice on declines, triceps doesnt get sore, triva, dorian yates doesnt do bench presses, he only does inclines and declines...

    Alright!! bought this 10lbs MP Combat protein powder from isa sa mga idol ko dito.. sir @BANE . yeah!!
