from beef, pork lang din, tapos butter and coconut oil, to be honest tumaas bp ko 2 weeks ago when i went to the doctor for chk up, nag 150/100, then what i did was ate a few bananas at nag papa-araw ako for vitamin d, after 2-3 days, it went down drastically, ive been monitoring it everyday and its stay low so far, sa tagal ko nang ginagawa ko, i know that low potassium at lack of vitamin d are the culprits of high bp not cholesterol which we need for testosterone production......
sir troll pano case ko? 19 palang ako ala pa pambili ng mga supplements at mag gym. di ko naman hiniling na sobrang laki ng katawan. gusto ko lang yung kita muscle ko para pag may sinuot akong damit maayos ang hubog.

suppliments? you dont need it as long as youre eating right, suppliments are just " suppliements" in other words, food alternative when you are on the go, they are not formulas that will magically give you gains...
