Ask ko lang po sir kunwari 2400 ung goal ko tapos ung sa food ko magdedeficit ako ng 100-200 bali 2100-2200 tapos kapag sa exercise equal ba dapat sa food?
2400(goal)-2100(food)+????(exercise)=remaining
to keep it simple, just eat 2100 calories everyday, wheather you workout or not, dun muna tayo, look at it in a weekly basis, dont micromanage it too much, at the end of the week, may deficit ka parin, as long as you stick to 2100 cal

everyday yan sir.. kasi jan mo nga ma monitor yung intake mo ng cal etc.
