    to keep it simple, just eat 2100 calories everyday, wheather you workout or not, dun muna tayo, look at it in a weekly basis, dont micromanage it too much, at the end of the week, may deficit ka parin, as long as you stick to 2100 cal

    everyday yan sir.. kasi jan mo nga ma monitor yung intake mo ng cal etc.

    everyday...habit na...and a good way to control what you eat

  • At kung magdeficit ako nasa 2100 po db, maapektuhan po ba ung percentage/grams kapag nagdeficit?
