    Kung walang aesthetic goals at yun lang focus mo. Kaya yan. Max effort naman yung kelangan mo makuha e. Nung nabreak ko yung 400lbs, naka 410lbs then 425lbs ako in the same session puro triples ginawa ko. I think max ko for 3-5 reps that time is 385lbs. Less training frequency lang yung adjustment na ginawa ko para lumakas. From 5-7 days a week training binaba ko sa 3 days. Yung design kasi ng training ko density/work capacity dependent alam mo naman yun. Literal na lalakas ka overall hindi lang sa gym pero yun lang hindi pang max effort. Lalakas ka lalo pag fresh ka. At shempre aralin mo magpalakas ng hindi masyado bibigat timbang para statistically magimprove lalo.

    Sana ng magawa ko yung ganun sir Vinch na lumakas pero sa halos hindi bibigat. Desidido nako subukan ko lumaban sa November, wala naman mawawala kasi kung talo o panalo kasi habol ko lang talaga kumuha ng mga diskarte sa training nila.

    dapat 5 sets lang kaso makulit ako kasi parang bitin sa pakiramdam ko, nung nalaman sinobrahan ko sets sinabihan ko pasaway hahahha.
    Nakakapanibago yung paraan ng box squat nila kala ko simple na uupo ka lang dun, hindi pala.

    Kasabay ko pala mag training kahapon si Joan Masangkay, World record holder sa Deadlift sa 43kg Sub-junior division. Hinahanda para sa laban nila sa Poland.

    Sir ok na ok na arms and konting konti nlng sa chest, I reckon konti tuyo pa sa tagiliran and abs and makukuha mo ung 59 Kgs fully ripped. Lalabas pa definition nyan pag nag apply ka na ng tanning lotion sa competition.

    nadaan sa praktis sir @t4g4y , hindi naman ako mahilig mag heavy sa front squats dati eh...binuhat ko muna kasi yun nakalagay sa ginawang program sakin...nung pagtapos tsaka ko binilang sa lbs, putek maski ako nagulat kaya ko buhatin yun ng hindi sabog ang form hehe.

    Nice sir! ako sir hirap sa pullups, nakaka isa lang ako hahaha. Pero kagaya ng sabi mo praktis lang talaga, may nabasa din ako dito na praktis din ang kailangan para masanay at para makarami ng reps. Next week puntiryahin ko pull ups tiwala lang! haha

    kaya naman eh, kahit 1rep or 2reps lang talaga basta damihan mo sets,
    halimbawa target mo sa session mo 10-15reps lang muna... tapos yng ROM alagaan mo kasi sablay din kung half rep lang. Dati ako hirap sa 3reps pilit na pilit pa, ngayun kaya kona weighted. Diba? gawin mo lang ng gawin sir :wink:
