Having a calorie deficit thru food restriction, exercise or both is neccessary, the weight you lost coming from 180lbs, most of it is not fat, its just water....you are asking becoz everthing stopped, the losing part that is, just be patient...as long as youre consistent...the nearer you are to your target weight..the harder it is...ganun talaga
At your current weight, that is already low, you need to add lean mass, it will be your metabolic engine, eat sensibly and workout consistently, your flab will eventually disappear.
