Dati tinitimbang ko pa to eh, dapat umaapaw sa scoop ng ON ung PM7. pero nong nagtagal, tinamad nako magtimbang kada inom ko. parang kabisado ko na kung gano kadami ung sobra sa scoop, hehe
safe ba bumili ng pm7 sa olx? wala bang peke nito?

Hi curious lng po ako sa pm7 kasi bumili ako nito may banner kasi sila na maganda siya kasi matagal ang digestion time ng protein nito just what i actually need. then i was shocked na 1650 lang sa tia lolengs. so binili ko na. FDA approved po ba to?

it said so in the back label important amino acids per 100grms of protien.. and it contains taurine, glycine, glutamine..
3tables spoons = 35grms which has 23grms of protien..
9table spoons = 105 grms of serving which has 69 grms of protien less(-) the total amino acids which is 54.2grms per 100grms of serving.. then your only getting 14.8grms of protien..
you're still getting the amino acid at the expense of protien..
still im not certain.. but correct me if im wrong..

depende tol, dati dun ko din balak bumili ng pm7, pero i still prefer na hanapin ang cash n carry para dun nalang bumili.
