And what I said isn't obvious. When I was still a newbie, I tried getting almost all of my protein from protein powders coz I thought protein is protein and it doesn't matter what form or where it came from

Kung madami ka breads bro...pwede mo din pareho bilin, PM7 pagkagising and bago matulog , then after workout yung ON WPI. Advise lang bro^^

May part fast time release protein din bro yung PM7 pero dahil multiple time release siya..hindi buong 22g-23g of protein mabilis maabsorb unlike yung 100% WPI.

ikr maybe i will try to track my calorie needs , ginawa ko na kasi dati , i think i need 3000calories pero from what i eat sa rice ko madalas kinukuha un , half rice and egg sa umaga,lunch 1 1/2 minsan 2 cups, sa ulam depende kung anu iluto ni mother sa dinner , pero 2 rice tuwing gabi, paiba iba eh , kaya diko na na-track,
