    When someone say "kung ayaw nyo , wag nyo" in this thread, It's not a sarcastic answer,I believe that it's a direct answer, it is an advice from one consumer to another consumer . I believe na namimisinterpret lang sya due due to di naman harapan nasasabi yan, tina type lang. Gaya nang sabi ni Sir Vinch nga, "kung duda kayo sa produkto, wag nyo na lang gamitin". As simple as that, but since sabi nyo nga YOU WANT TO LIKE PM7 so here it goes...

    contact some of the seller, ( assuming alam nila kung anong binebenta nila), or better yet, tanungin nyo yung seller kanino nila kinukuha yung product, ask them about the legitimacy of the product ( though I believe na kung magba BACK READ lang kayo, nasagot na rin ata yan )
    gawa kayo nang thread posting all information that you've got from them.
    now, It's up to you if you still want to like PM7 or not.

    OT. IMO...

    Because their (users who again asks answered queries) action is one of the major contributor why a thread would hit a 1000-page marker, which in turn would be pain in the arse for many to read back, which will make them tend to ask again, regardless whether it was the same question. Rather consume a period of time, not sure whether you would even garner that much information or just some same queries tackled over and over again under a hundred posts.

    That's why some members here would respond with the word 'backread' at the earliest possible.

    Lol, placebo effect lang pala yung gains ko when using PM7? haha. I can taste soya and egg sa PM7.(teka source yun ng protein diba?) haha

    what particular "gains"? weight, strength, body composition? or all? May soy texture nga ang PM7... ayun may soy protein kang makukuha? not sure how would that prove na protein or carbs ng soy ang nakuha mo.

    Actually overall gains. Haha. I don't know kung sa PM7 ko nakuha yun (considering others doubt haha) or sa training lang and diet. naka 4 bags na ako ng PM7.

    FWIW, I can feel more gains since I switched to Dymatize Elite. I'm starting to get huge and may mga definitions na talaga. Dati nung PM7 ako eh sabi lang lagi ng mga tao ang payat ko na (from 310 lbs to 175 lbs). Since I started using Dymatize Elite, dun nako nasasabihan ng tao na nagiging buff nako. I'm now around 190 lbs although admittedly, may kasama fats yung weight gain ko dahil I'm allowing myself to cheat on my diet this holiday season.

    Although I'd have to say na parang mas maganda recovery ko sa PM7.

    siguro kung 5-6 scoops per day ka ng PM7 and you had phenomenal gains on size, strength, body composition and performance then you can probably give some credit to PM7. 2 scoops/day of it (or any other whey) is nothing especially when you're on a moderate-huge calorie surplus. 1 cup of rice lang halos katumbas ng 2 scoops of PM7, so I'm pretty sure it's the "diet".

    training/performance naman kung may sinusundan ka na progression model most common with strength-based programs then mahirap sabihin na PM7 nagpalakas sayo. Especially when the programs claims to make you strong within weeks/months time.

    I consumed 13-14 tubs of Ultimate Nutrition Prostar Whey last year, 1 tub every 3 weeks (25g protein 80 servings). There was a time when 50% of my protein quota is from whey, ngayon wala nako whey (no multi and fishoils also) pero strength/gym performance didnt went down, tumaas pa nga ng konti.

    So, personal experience tells me that whey (high quality or not) has no effect/minimal effect when it comes to strength/performance as long as diet is sound.

    Yan reason why I'm determined na malaman what's really up kasi if they can prove sana na legit yung whey, then sa akin yung mali. Yung protein count would be hard to determine barring tests but from the blood sugar responses you can make a hypothesis that the product has high carbs and a high GI sweetener used.

    You're right. Maybe my program and periodization made me stronger. haha and about my diet, I don't actually count my macros. It's all about the feeling and what i see in the mirror. When i feel weak i eat high carbs and high glycemic foods. When i see that i'm bloating and gaining fats, i adjust my diet. Of course i get my protein from whole foods and supplements are just add-ons (to make sure i got enough protein haha pampalubag loob)

    I think i'll try different brand and compare results. I'm just being open to suggestions. I'm thankful that some of our members do some research (I'm focused on training and diet). Di kasi ako masyadong umaasa sa supplements kaya i do a little research only. So all i can do is, put to test this collective learnings i got. :)

  • Hi! New User lang kasi ako ng PM7.. kelan po dapat tinetake para makuha ung maximum effect nung supplement. kasi saken po, since tagtipid ako. 2 servings lang ang kaya ko gawin sa isang araw. sana po may makatulong. respect po sa post. Thanks

    Para sakin kung 2 scoops lang eh one scoop after the workout and one scoop bago matulog. Pwede din one scoop before and after workout.

    Mag bubuild ng maskels yan kapag sapat yung protein intake mo sa loob ng isang araw.

    Parang nacurious ako dito sa PM7. Bukod kasi sa mutant whey, ito yung lagi ko nababasa na sinasabi nilang bang for buck na whey. Mejo need ko na din kasi magtipid sa supplements e.

    Sabi nga ng mga experts dito, it's not the whey protein that will build muscles. Diet at workout mo ang mag-b-build ng muscle. Kung maganda ang diet at workout mo, of course mag-b-build ka ng muscle. You're going to get a boost of protein after workout which is important. Tapos the casein in PM7 will help you build muscles as you sleep if you take it right before bed.

    Ay sa wakas. 92 pages of backreading natapos din. Mamaya bibili ako ng strawberry na 2lbs sa CnC. Puro kasi choco ang nabibili ko na whey flavors tapos nagustuhan ko yung description nila sa strawberry flavor niya na parang rebisco kasi fave ko yun nung bata ako. Based sa dami ng discusions, pros, cons etc. na nabasa ko, the best way to evaluate is to try it myself muna. Wala na ako itatanung muna.

    Hanggang ngayon wala pa rin ako makita na whey na kasing sulit ng PM7. Sana meron na kasing price nya para matry rin natin :)
