Good Morning Fellow Gainers!
Gusto ko lang po sana itanong which combination of supplement is better hindi ko kasi kaya i-afford silang tatlo and please explain kung bakit much better kung may sources and links I don't mind reading.

Real food okay naman, nag-compute ako ng required calories and protein.
yung staple food ko is oats rice fish chicken egg and milk
yung work out kong sinusunod is DTP by Kris Gethin
breakfast: 2 eggs 2 rice banana pm7 shake( may almonds, milk powder and coffee)
after work out: oatmeal, bread
lunch: 3-4 rice, gulay and ulam usually fish 2-3pcs
meryenda: oatmeal, bread, skyflakes with fiber
dinner: 3-4 rice gulay and ulam
before sleeping: (since hard gainer po ako and nabasa ko na one should take meals to prevent muscle loss, pm7 shake (almonds milk powder) and oatmeal ,bread)
Eto po yung usual kong food intake, kung may suggestion, tip or advice po kayo highly appreciated sir. Especially sa staplefood na pwede idagdag pero mura
Whey + Amino Bcaa = Good ito sa para mag gain.
1. branch chain amino acid
2. essential amino acids
3. non-essential amoni acids
whey=aminos
eto meal plan:

after work out: 2 cups oatmeal, breadzzzz, 5 eggzzz

meryenda: oatmeal, bread, ULAM PA
dinner: 3-4 rice gulay and ulam
Yung bcaa, amino, meron na po ba ang PM7 nun?
Paano po yung muscle loss sa gabi habang natutulog
So ibig sabihin whey+creatine po ang dapat kong bilhin? Ano pong advantage niya?
