:sport::sport::sport: kakauwi lang from checkup mukhang mapapaliban sampa ko this august diagnosed na ako dati ng PCL posterior cruciate partial tear. last night na locked up yung knee ko (many times na itong incident) but last night di ko na talaga mabalik in place ang knee ko. the morning pagpacheck up ko sa Davao Doctor Hospital PCL ko is torn so this coming thursday mag undergo ako ng reconstructive surgery kukuha sila ng tendon sa may legs ko end e screw (silicon screw) na eventually matutunaw and magaadopt yung grafted na (tendons) sa knee ko. matagal na may abnormal mobility knee ko. (p.s hindi pag workout nor lifting ang nakapatrigger sa PCL ko) may time talaga na mag locked up pina PT ko na din to dati. Guess di ko pa time mag BBC this coming august. Spread the awareness importante ingatan ang sarili do warmups,pre-exhaust and streching/mobility every pre workout

diagnosed na ako dati na may partial tear (2nd year hs pa ako that time) may abnormal mobility everytime epush ko forward knee ko ma move siya kasi yung prosterior na ligament may tear kaya may mobility diff. sports diff injuries na tamaan tung tuhod ko dati sa football game na di talaga ako naka lakad after. dati rin nagskaskate ako minor injuries many times associated sa tuhod ko. and last night pag luhod ko suddenly nag pop ang locked up dati rati e stretch ko lang babalik na sa dati and mawala ang inpain but ngayon di ko ma move ang knee ko and advised ako mag pa reconstructive (grafting) sa tuhod ko

I had surgery on my knee and I didn’t know what to do with myself.--" Jeff Seid twice nya na tore pero ACL nya ang kaibahan sa pcl ay sa likoran na bahagi sa may knee. 2-3 weeks later mag tratrain na ako ulit upper hopefully sana fast recovery makalakad ako for compe.Operation ang pianaka fast and reliable na way para ma back to normal okay babalik sa dati ang performance pag di operhan pero latter on old age or as early as now lala ang magkakaroon ako ng rheumatism. Hopefull babalik naman sa normal with 3weeks and babalik na ako sa pag trtrain hopefully makaksali parin ako

Post op (1week)
Weeks 0 - 2

- Protect fixation and surrounding soft tissues.
- Diminish swelling / inflammation.
- Regain active quadriceps
- Restore knee cap movement.
I got frustrated for being in bed not able to workout just eating IIFYM diet.
My Ortho said i will able to workout my upper body 6weeks post op (2 months)
Light weight not the usual weight bearing that i lift (pre operation) and i will able to workout my legs light e.g (static bike,bar squats,goblin squats,quads abductor etc.)
This day is my 1st week post op my leg is still swelling as[size=medium] FUARKKKKK[/size]
0-2 Months (partial weight bearing with crutches)
4 Months (walking with brace,wright bearing as tolerated)
6 Months (Medial leg workout,walking,briskwalking,sprints)

Middle of my Goodnight sleep inabot ko yung e.fan while naka luhod which is rinerefrain ako na mag luhod due to my patella na may mobility nag LOCKEDUP sya bigla and di ko na mabalik sa tamang placement yung knee ko. I was literally scorching in excruciating pain at dinala ako ng magulang ko sa Davao Doctor Hospital and the day after i got to see my Sports Ortho Doctor sabi nya kailangan ko ng Reconstruction Surgery kasi di na in place ang knee ko.

For me wala namang over training lack of food supplementation and enough resting time. Sabi ng doctor ko wala daw connection ang pag [size=large]FULLY RUPTURE[/size] ng knee ko and sa pag woworkout ko. Syempre pag bad form marami yan maapektohan inevitale injuries lalo pag di napagtuunan ng pansin range from minor to major injuries kaya [size=large]GOOD FORM/FULL RANGE OF MOTION[/size] talaga to avoid injuries and to maxmize your muscle fibers. Yes bro yan din gusto ko early recovery and fully na mag kapit ang tendons na kinabit from the same leg.
Thank you sir Maloy had the hard time the early weeks from operation got my mental,emotion and physical got all screwed up. But gotta keep my head up and look forward for better days. :sport:

2 months crutches (with PT rehabilitation)(no immoblizer)
3rd month slight walking (no crutches)
from 170- to 132 lbs
no workout for 3 months approx. it's about 3 months since the last day i touch weights. Luckily i didn't store much fat due to my metabolism. anyways here a picture of our crew.
