    Advantage ng merong sariling gym, I can workout during inclement weather hehe.

    Done the following sets:

    Squat: 240lbs (failed, too heavy all of a sudden dont know why - will repeat next WO)
    OHP: 90lbs (ok - too easy since coming from deload)
    DL: 235lbs (ok - too easy since coming from deload)

    Nice workout.

    Squat: 240lbs (failed)
    Bench: 160lbs (failed)
    Row: 165lbs (ok)


    Monday July 21:

    Squat: 240lbs (ok - sa wakas naka-alis din ako sa weight na to, done with belt and knee support)
    OHP: 95lbs (ok - still easy)
    DL: 245lbs (ok )

    Squat: 245lbs (failed)
    Bench: 160 lbs (failed, mabigat na masyado)
    Row: 170lbs (ok)

    Excellent way to end my 2nd SL 5x5 cycle.

    Saturday - July 27
    Squat: 245lbs (feels good)
    OHP: 100lbs (ok)
    DL: 255lbs (ok)

    Highest working sets in my 2nd cycle:

    Squat: 245lbs
    Bench: 160lbs
    Row: 170lbs
    OHP: 105lbs
    DL: 265lbs


    I wil try to log 1RM(PR) next week. Hopefully will get better numbers than last April.

    I will set new PR this week and started to do Bench this morning:

    Bench: 190lbs (feels good, only 10lbs more than my April PR)
    Row: 195lbs (double)

    Got my knee wrap. Thanks to my boss all the way from Ohio to bring this.

    Tried to set PR for Squat but failed to lift 285lbs, I felt to so week this week. Stressed and pressured sa work nandito mga bossing from US. I will try PR for DL and OHP tomorrow.

    set PR last Saturday:

    DL: 310lbs - able to pulled 315lbs but form is awful.
    OHP: 125lbs x2
