Setup my own home gym. A power cage, olympic bar and plates, tractor rubber matting, adjustable bench, 4 ft punching bag.
Started SL 5x5 last January, I can say that my gains (both strength and physique) are way better over the years I've been in lifting. Maybe the focus and consistency are the main reasons why I got those results.
I am thinking of continuing SL 5x5 or try other strength programs available. Please send me suggestions what to do next, etc. Thanks in advance.

Ok na ako bro. I may look payatot pero getting stronger sa target ko below. Mahirap kumain ng kumain magastos hehe. Clean diet kase talaga ako.

Sun - BP & MPress

DL 190lbs 3x6 (10lbs increase from last week)
MPress 70lbs 3x6 (No increase from last week)
Medjo exhausted ako masyado sa MT training ko, kaya nag-increase ung lift ko.
Squat 170lbs 2x6 180lbs 1x6
DL 190lbs 1x6 210lbs 2x6
BP 140lbs 3x6
MP 70lbs 1x8 80lbs 2x6
Need to bounce back this week.

Starting to read SL 5x5. I really need to fix my schedule to do this routine.Lifting stats last weekends:
Squat: 170lbs 1x6 180lbs 1x6 190lbs 1x6
DL: 170lbs 1x6 190lbs 1x5 1x4
BP: 130lbs 3x6
MP: 70lbs 2x6 1x5
Goal RM for this year:
Bench - 200lbs
DL - 350lbs
Squat - 280lbs

SL 5x5 - Week 10
After 10 weeks of doing SL 5x5.
Lifts are getting challenging especially Squats. Need to utilize 3-5 minutes rest to complete the sets.
Working Sets:
Squat - 230lbs
DL - 245lbs
BP - 135lbs
Row - 135lbs
OHP - 105lbs
I will try PR this week and do deloading sets at the end of the week.
Hinde na bro, ala na akong oras eh. that's why I setup my own home gym. 3 times a week then 1-1.5hours ( due to long rest bet sets).
