edit: 2 x 200 grams pala, lol mali ako.
gamit ko din fitnesspal. pag kinulang ako sa protein malalaman ko agad bago matapos ang araw.
same amount parin b ng protein ang nkkuha natin sa chicken breast kahit anong luto gawin?
and pde b inumin ung pinaglagaan ng chicken breast? feeling ko kc my protein na nappunta dun.

hahaha solb yun lalo na pag skinless thigh fillet ang titinola mo. kahit wala ng oil, kusa lalabas yung oil ng chicken. Wag kalimutan ang patis, calamansi at siling labuyo then 4 cups of rice post WO:lol

Haha wala bang alternative na pangtimpla kung nilaga lang? Pero try ko to, siguro significant na yung magiging gains ko kung makakain ako ng kahit mga half kilo per day. Hehe :P
