Just continue what you are doing coz IMO you are pretty well versed when it comes to bodybuilding at a very young age. Bisitahin mo din mga journals ng mga mamaw dito at tiyak may makukuha kang karagdagang infos/knowlwedge na makakatulong sa journey mo.

raw lifting is when you do sets without wearing assitance from gear e.g (bench shirt, squat suit, or deadlift suit.) i dont wear any of those but i use tights for squats(more like improving your lift mechanic) . nike thermo. it helps me to contract my ham strings to push further
yes i use belt. pero pag gmit ng belt considered as raw parin anghindi raw yung mobility mechanics when you wear tights (for my personal view) na cocontract yung knees and hamstring ko enable to i dont know what term to use "bounce" back to starting point of your workout e.g squatsWORKOUT LOG: pull day

yes sir i undergo handheld bmi machine. may gym nearby my h.s school na may handheld machine for 200php para mgpa check bmi e.g bodyfat (waistline,thighs,overall,bodcomp,bod type etc..,) :P
135 ako jan sir nag try ako caloric deficit and HIIT at that time/period. now iam 165lbs
p.s BMI (handheld) is a machine that will give off electcal impulse that wil determine how much body weight e.g your body weight hence it will not give an accurate results (depends on your body's condition) if morre mag react the more fat it is. ang bmi machine di talaga naga give off ng BF percentage. what the pt did is calculate niya by body fat percentage (BF%) = (fat weight ÷ total body weight) x 100 (waistline,hip,forearm etc..,)

t's not taking your pulse, it's running a mild current through your body to see how much you resist the current, and that's how it determines body fat. Just like a Tanita scale.PS that is not 15 to 25. it is from 15bf to 25bf :sport:

i did 5g creatine snorting a while ago lolol. seen few bodybuilder (weird side of bodybuilding) taking creatine by snorting it. 5g (1teaspoon) lolol :banghead::banghead: bad idea
