Di pa alam bro. Walang ebidensya na nagcrash talaga yung plane. Last daw na nakita sa Indian Ocean tapos sinabi ng PM ng Malaysia na walang malapit na island dun sa Indian Ocean. Pero wala pa talagang ebidensya na dun talaga bumagsak yung plane.
di pa ako nakakapag basa ng news pero kung plane crash yun bakit now lang na detect eh ilang araw na lumipas imposible namang walang mga barko o mangingisda sa indian ocean or nakakita man lang?
I just did squats na my dumbbell last night.. 10kg each lang.... its so Effing hard. hirap dn I-maintain ng proper form.. my gumgwa kc dun sa gym tpos ginya ko... s knya prng ang smooth lng ng execution. poocha sobrang hirap pla... inicp ko n lng n 1st tym ko kc kya sbra nhrpan ako.

^ Sir I suggest to get yourself checked first para maassess ka kung ano yung safer position mo when it comes to lifting weight. Possible na magkaron ng complications kase kung tutuloy ka against what you're only capable of.

same here bro, may mild scolio din ako at medyo mahirap talaga mag balance pag nag bench press. dahan dahanin mo lang at experiment sa placement ng likod mo. along tha way, makukuha mo ron ung tamang positioning. wag ka lang magmadali bro. Makukuha mo rin yan in due time, patientce lang.
P.S. flat chested din ako at same tau ng area of concern which is the upper and inner part. hehehe
Regarding scoliossis , ilan sa pbb member ay meron nyan like sir chico at badass vinch, better yet ask them thru pm or sa journal nila para mas mabigyan ka ng magandang payo :-) kasi last time na chineck ko ung 2taong nabangit ko, eh nagsisilakihan at lakasan sila lalo hihihi kaya sila bahala sayo sir seyerjc :-)
I got curious since meron ako kilala din na ganyan and wondered pwede ba talaga mag gym kung may scoliosis and turns out na pwede pero recommended workout lang. it is still important to get yourself check to determine the kind of scoliosis you have whether it's a functional or structural, anyway the link above is for functional. hope it helps a bit.
