dati panay training ko sa abs ko lumalabas naman sya. then nung nag happy go lucky bulking ako nawala hehehe since nun di na ako nakapag train ng abs. pero ngayonng semi cutting ako bumabalik na sya mag isa! pero ang kain ko naman kontin konti lang na adjust! ang nag iba lang yung gano ka intense at heavy yung training ko samakatuwid, tamang kain at tamang ehersisyo lalabas yan kahit di itrain. pero kung gusto mong abs like pro's and ni lazar itrain mo habang kumakain ng tama at ehersisyong tama

Just checking kung effective yung 3sets x 8 reps sayo sir kasi bago lang sa akin yang ganyang routine. Ang tingin ko kulang ng isang set para mas maximize yung 8 reps per set. But that's just me kaya naitanong ko lang kung effective

sa canned tuna, IMO, wala naman siguro masama, pero ako kase chunks in water yung inuulam ko minsan, di nga lang papak.

Drink it after your workout sir pero nasa sayo na yan kung kailan mo gusto nyan uminom :^^

convenient > yes
practical > no
waste of money > definitely yes.

pero focus parin po tlga ako sa whole foods sympre. kain hanggang lumungad.
gusto ko nga sna damihan n lng ung frequency ng pgkain ko pra hnd ako laging bloated after meal.

Good Job Sir! we're not saying naman na wag kang uminom nang Mass Gainer,( heck! eh sa mas prefer mo mass gainer, bat ba? hehe!) we are just advising you to still prioritize eating whole foods rather than relying on Mass Gainer to hit your macros, ang mass gainer, IMHO, is pang fill lang kung di mo ma hit macros / total calories mo per day. It's never meant to be used a replacement to whole foods. Masyado kaseng na hype nang mga supplement company yan eh, :P
