    swimmer requires stamina and endurance, go for cardio workouts. you need strength sa arms, lats and legs so it won't be bad to include rowing machine and inclined threadmill. or mag sprint ka sa pool araw2, para lahat na importante ng muscle group mo ma train. suggest ko lang

    salamat mga brader. iniinda ko pa rin kasi un left shoulder ko, kaya ng woworry ako pag nag train na ko sa pool.

    And bulking kc ako pero ayko lumaki msyado tummy ko kaya almost everyday ako ab exercise. 50reps/set. 5sets. Ok Lang b un?

    Depende na yan sayo. Basta wag lang pre workout kasi nakakawala daw ng lakas. Hahaha :lol

    pero srsly, kung gusto mong lumabas abs mo, indi mo yan makukuha sa gym or sa abs routine mo, makukuha mo yan sa kitchen, kailangan sir, maayos yung nutrition mo. :)

    naghhnap ako ng videos for proper squats pra un gwn ko mmya..
    my mga nkta nmn ako especially ung andto na sa site ntn.
    sinusubukan ko n knna. ang hirap pla... hahaha..

    nauumay nga lng ako sa breast part ng chicken.. (boiled)
    hnap ako iba way pra gnhan ako kainin un.. haha..
    btw, as an additional, ok ba ung mga canned tuna papakin?
    as in araw araw nkaka 2-3cans ako. im more worried lng knowing its a canned goods.

    dati panay training ko sa abs ko lumalabas naman sya. then nung nag happy go lucky bulking ako nawala hehehe since nun di na ako nakapag train ng abs. pero ngayonng semi cutting ako bumabalik na sya mag isa! pero ang kain ko naman kontin konti lang na adjust! ang nag iba lang yung gano ka intense at heavy yung training ko :) samakatuwid, tamang kain at tamang ehersisyo lalabas yan kahit di itrain. pero kung gusto mong abs like pro's and ni lazar itrain mo habang kumakain ng tama at ehersisyong tama :)

    May warm up at weight aclimation sets to sir?

    Just checking kung effective yung 3sets x 8 reps sayo sir kasi bago lang sa akin yang ganyang routine. Ang tingin ko kulang ng isang set para mas maximize yung 8 reps per set. But that's just me kaya naitanong ko lang kung effective :)

    sa dodo ng chicken, pwede mo naman i substitute thigh eh, yung iba nga whole chicken para di maumay, basta lean, ok na un, lean pork, lean beef.

    sa canned tuna, IMO, wala naman siguro masama, pero ako kase chunks in water yung inuulam ko minsan, di nga lang papak.

    @seyerjc0627 , about the "infamous" mass gainer... advise lang bro, I suggest that you focus on eating whole foods, magkano kuha mo sa mutant mass ? kung isusuma total mo yan, mas makakatipid ka pa kung whole foods talaga binili mo. here's my take on mass gainer :
    convenient > yes
    practical > no
    waste of money > definitely yes.

    just my 2 cents :)

    Mass gainer = Gas Gainer for me .

    I usually drink kc ung MM ko kpg nagffresh milk ako.. instead of 1 glass of milk only, I add 1 scoop pa for supplement lng..
    pero focus parin po tlga ako sa whole foods sympre. kain hanggang lumungad.
    gusto ko nga sna damihan n lng ung frequency ng pgkain ko pra hnd ako laging bloated after meal.

    If you prefer having mass gainer than whole food, by all means. Also, you can eat whenever convenient.

    Good Job Sir! we're not saying naman na wag kang uminom nang Mass Gainer,( heck! eh sa mas prefer mo mass gainer, bat ba? hehe!) we are just advising you to still prioritize eating whole foods rather than relying on Mass Gainer to hit your macros, ang mass gainer, IMHO, is pang fill lang kung di mo ma hit macros / total calories mo per day. It's never meant to be used a replacement to whole foods. Masyado kaseng na hype nang mga supplement company yan eh, :P
