    On my way to 50% BF again.
    I admit I look shit early this year.
    I lift but I don't look like I lift.

    Moral lesson : Don't cut if you don't have the right to cut.
    Goal weight by the end of the year - 180lbs
    Of course that would still depend on how I would look in the mirror, how much fat and lean mass I am carrying.

    Jan - 140lbs
    Feb 147lbs
    Mar - 155lbs
