    Almost 2 months since that mild sciatic nerve had me humbling. Weigh-in this morning and got heavier by 10 lbs....192 now. Sarap kumain, Well am looking at the mirror and seems like lumobo pa nga ang shoulder and didn't add any waist size, so It's good to have rested for a while naman. Now back to serious business, incrementing those weights back again. 'am really glad am well again. Keep lifting guys.

    4 sets DL started 185 lbs. up to 315 last set
    4 sets kroc started 80 lbs. up to 110 last set
    4 sets vert pulley to failure
    4 sets hori to failure

    3 sets close grip bench started 115 lbs up to 155 last set
    3 sets overhead db started (2 hands) 75 up to 110 last set
    3 sets tri dips to failure (just body weight).........Done

    Post Meal....

    @Core, thanks.... trying to live longer and look good w/ age hehehe. Regular docs visit parin every 2 months....Dami nang members dito w/c is good and look determine to reach their goals. Ikaw din, 'read some of your journals mukhang on the dot. Tuloy tuloy lang tayo lahat.
  • Finally got the needed break from work...and heading to the gym later @ 8am, its 43F about 6 in celsius damn cold, need c4 pre wo. Tip the scale at 200 lbs pero looks good naman sa mirror so bulk pa rin till I reach 215 sarap kumain malamig hehehe.. It's good to see alot of members here.

  • Mahirap ginagawa natin pero kung hilig mo fulfilling naman.     Update lang...2 wks..nabakante galing vacation (out of town), Gained 8 lbs of fats from 192 to 200. Puro lamon kasi..lol. Now 'am thinking of doing glycogen depletion wo starting tomorrow, more volume training maybe 60% of max 12-15 reps and concentrate more on those 4 main lifts. Welcome pala sa mga baguhan buhat lang ng buhat ingat lang lagi at alang ego lifting.

    Thanks, bossing Rot....finally naka wo din. woke up @ 4:30 am drove to the gym and was there for almost 3 hrs.....hahaha..piniga ko ng todo tagaktak ang pawis kahit lamig ng panahon..felt good..office naman till 5pm. It's really good to be back.
