Cool vid bro - nice progress! Hows the wheels look? If you want a little constructive criticism I will add - start hitting your back more with width movements like all variations of pullups and pulldowns. I say that bcoz while your chest, delts and arms are jacked and look great, when you hit a double bi, you have no lats - no V taper. Use that statement as fire for some motivation next time you hit back hehe. Keep up the good work. :sport:
thanks big dawg! i appreciate your comment because i really want to improve. yes, ill concentrate on my back / v taper starting now. i think my legs are catching up since i dont miss leg workouts anymore and im always making sure that the workout is intense.
