hi guys former member here with the name codylewis. bago account ko kasi nakalimutan ko password ko dito pati ng email ko.
hope to share my journey with you guys! ang dami kong natutunan dito lalo na kina master milksworth at boss braso. medyo nawala ako sa landas last year but im more serious this time thats why nag register ulit ako dito para makakuha ng madaming tips.
may i share some of my pics for reference and baka may mamotivate ako kahit papano na mga ectomorph din na tulad ko haha. 110 lbs ako nung nagsimula ako mag buhat at ngayon 165 lbs nako sa awa ng diyos haha
