kaso hindi accurate yan IMO, lalo na yung 20% fat kung ang basis mo lang ay fish oil at egg yolks. kasi 20% around 67g of fat yan, impossibleng walang fat content yung protein at ibang carbs na kinakain mo.

As for the amount of fat na kelangan natin for hormonal function and support, it's hard to tell. kasi kahit ako hindi ko alam kung ilang fat exactly ang kailangan ko daily. based on my experience, low to moderate fat intake effective sakin. That's 50-90g for my size regardless kung magcut ako or bulk. kung lalagpas man ako dyan baka once a week lang pag cheat day.
tip ko sayo bro kung gusto mo maelevate test levels mo naturally simply lang: DO MANLY THINGS! anything that is tough, badass, and hard to do will make you an alpha male :flex::yahoo:
