    Taas ng calorie mo bro, try mo babaan ung protejn tyaka carbs mo tapos lagay mo sa fats ung calorie baka kulang kalang sa testosterone.. Opinion ko lang to ha kc sanay ako sa may pagka high fat diet.

    bali anu kakainin ko may fish oil nako tapos yung dilaw sa itlog kinakain ko.

    like sir yates said, parang do rin masyado gets yung part na bawasan ung protein intake? tska ung carbs?

    siguro ung carbs pede pero ung protein babawasan din? Parang ok lang naman mataas ung protein base sa pag kakaunawa ko sa mga nabasa ko at turo na rin nang may mga epiensa. cmiiw po :)

    may point si scarface, mataas nga protein & carbs mo JUneG para sa weight mo kung icocompute mo yang mga % sa sidebar. Pero hindi naman alarming yung fat intake mo to the point na kukulangin ka sa testosterone lalo na at madmai ka naman kinakain.

    kaso hindi accurate yan IMO, lalo na yung 20% fat kung ang basis mo lang ay fish oil at egg yolks. kasi 20% around 67g of fat yan, impossibleng walang fat content yung protein at ibang carbs na kinakain mo.

    ewan lang yung "kulang sa testo" kasi hindi naman fat intake ang nagdedetermine ng pag taas or baba ng test levels :)

    tanong lang po regarding testo, ung fats po pala nakaka tulong para mag boost yun? tama po ba? now ko lang nalaman yun kaalman na yun. ok lang po bang pa elaborate pa para mas maintinihan ko pa lalo? salamat po :)

    sa pagkakaintindi ko for hormonal function and support ang fat at hindi sya booster. kasi kung booster sya baka gawing alak ang olive oil hehe.

    As for the amount of fat na kelangan natin for hormonal function and support, it's hard to tell. kasi kahit ako hindi ko alam kung ilang fat exactly ang kailangan ko daily. based on my experience, low to moderate fat intake effective sakin. That's 50-90g for my size regardless kung magcut ako or bulk. kung lalagpas man ako dyan baka once a week lang pag cheat day.

    tip ko sayo bro kung gusto mo maelevate test levels mo naturally simply lang: DO MANLY THINGS! anything that is tough, badass, and hard to do will make you an alpha male :flex::yahoo:

    pero sir nung day 1 62kg lang ako ngayon 71kg na taba ata nagain hahaha
