    first try ko pa lang ito for test booster. nasa trial and error stage pa lang actually. hehe maybe i'll try to research yang mga namention mo.

    Yung mga sinasabi ni sid yan talaga ang mga direktang test booster products, sama mo pa ang tribulus. Pero I think minimal lang ang pag increase test ng mga products na yan, kung test boost talaga AAS. Hahahaha!

    nun ngtake ako nyan, cnbayan ko rin ng tribulus fuel... kingina, nagwawala c dalag! lolz!:lol at khit puyat ako, ok prin ang WO ko... at khit kulang sa nutrition di ako nmamayat... yun ang epek sakin nyan... gusto nga mahtake ulit ng DAA e... wla nalang ako nakita hexa test sa cnc un last punta ko... mas mura2 kc yun... 1,300 lng kumpleto na may ksma ng vit d at b12. :sport:

    because testosterone makes your muscles harder, grow faster, your fat burns faster and your overall performance is better

    testosterone levels get lower when you get older, while that is true we are not really limited to a specific level. Thats why steroids increase testosterone to produce good results in the body. Di naman basta bata pa di na pwede pataasin eh.

    @mike, I remember, you were talking about good health in one of the threads here, not just aesthetics or becoming huge strong .what about mga side effect ng test na nasa mga reviews nito na gynecomastia, hairloss, etc......

    @mike, I remember, you were talking about good health in one of the threads here, not just aesthetics or becoming huge strong .what about mga side effect ng test na nasa mga reviews nito na gynecomastia, hairloss, etc......

    taking zma or dcaa ( i forgot kung ito yun tawag) will increase your test naturally by stimulating the lutenizing hormones etc. Steroids just pumps your body with more test and thus your body stops producing its own test kaya nag kaka ganung side effects. Different things apples and oranges my friend.

    Bahay office lang ako sir pacoy since malapit lang ang office sa bahay. Sa computation ng calories meron na akong database ng mga madalas kong kainin kaya nacocompute ko lahat sir. Yung excel file ni jettie maganda rin gamitin for calorie at macro computation at well presentable at may graphs pa. Hehe

    Mahirap lang dito pag kumain sa mga turo turo dito dahil guesstimate ang nangyayari sa calories hehe

    Ano gamit nyo pangcompute ng calories sir pacoy?

    sakin ball park counting na lang pag sa labas haha pag natantyang 100g eye ball counting matic na 20g protein na yun para sakin hehe..

    Ang diskarte ko kasi eat my hunger sa feeding window tapos bago matulog dun ako mag bibilang kung kulang o sobra adjust na lang next time haha dahil wala naman perfect sa ganitong bilangan

    same here seven, may database din ako but mostly repetitive kind of foods lang, kaya gaya ni jet pag nakita ko na yong portion ng food, kabisado ko na kagad kung ilan yon, pati misis ko pag nakita niya yong kinakain ko eh isa pa ring critic ko marunong din.... at may scale ako sa bahay. problema pag tinupak eh pasilip silip ako sa fridge tapos pa finger finger ka don hehehe....hirap din talaga, its mind over matter.

    pag bumibili misis ko ng chocolates at nilagay sa ref. maya't maya ang punta ko sa ref hehe... minsan napapagalitan na ako kasi ako daw umuubos hehehehe... alam kasi ng misis ko na planado na ang calories na ite take ko for the day. sinasabi ko na lang na nirecompute ko na ang calories ko including yung mga chocolates. hehehhe
