    yup super lakas ng pagkakabackhand. salamat sir. kabadtrip pag may injury hehehehe... pangalawang beses na etong rotator cuff injury ko. nung una, nadale ako sa 90 degree pike push-up ng di nagwawarm up. antagal ng recovery, around 2 months ata yun.

    buti di ako nadali nyang rc injury na yan parang ginawa ko rin kasi yang parang ganyan kaya nga lang yung paa eh nasa taas.. again sir get well soon..

    Not sure bro, hindi ko kasi naging problema mga farts sa protein powder.
    Ang nagamit ko nun choco hazelnut, unang inom ko sabi ko "WTF totoo ba to? Ang sarap shet!"

    84.6kg - january 11 2013 << weighing scale ng gym gamit ko
    83.8kg - january 16 2013 << weighing scale ng gym gamit ko
    83.2kg - january 18 2013 << weighing scale ng gym gamit ko
    82.4kg - january 21 2013 << weighing scale ng gym gamit ko
    83.4kg - january 23 2013 (thats the price of cheating too much) << weighing scale ng gym gamit ko -- pakiramdam ko water weight ito because of eating too much salty foods the day before this.
    79kg - january 31 2013 << weighing scale ng bahay gamit ko. kung di ako nagkakamali, around 81kg ito sa weighing scale sa gym.

    nakapansin ako ng weight loss pero parang sobra naman ata hehe... pag nag gym ako bukas sukatin ko na lang ulit. pero pagkakaalala ko, 2kg ang difference nung scale sa bahay at sa gym. so more or less, nasa 81kg ako today. anyway verify ko na lang ulit bukas.

    nagchange ako ng diet, tinigilan ko ang caloric zigzagging. ang hirap kasi. kelangan talagang focused sa mga high low transition ng calories. straight caloric deficit na lang for 6 days tapos 1 day refeed na lang para di masyado muna complicated.

    around 15% to 20% caloric deficit from maintenance ang sinusunod ko and it works naman kahit papaano.
  • di ko na pala naaupdate ito hehe... semi-passive mode muna ako sa forum. focus muna ako ulit sa pagbabanda at pagpractice ulit. though, I will still continue sa pagbubuhat, di ko nga lang sure kung makakapag update pa ako dito, but I will try.

  • Yung sa shoulder pa rin. Rotator cuff. Because of table tennis. Almost 3 weeks na and may pain pa rin. Cant do overhead movement of arms. Waiting for it to fully heal, mahirap na baka lalong magtagal ang i lnjury. Although unti unti ng gumagaling. Cant wait for my next bulking cycle to do the right things for the 2nd time. Daming lesson learned sa last bulking cycle ko.

    Btw, im having some muscle loss na dahil sa bilis ng pagdrop ng weight. Ill just start again na lang sa next bulking cycle.
