    Ang sarap ng feeling sa totoo lang sir Monch. Sarap ng feeling kasi dati mejo sobrang laki ng self-loathe ko sa sarili ko. Badtrip ako kasi hindi ko na aalagaan sarili ko in lots of ways. At dahil dun sa neglect sa health. Parang feeling ko inadequate ako to go into relationships with women, kasi if I don't put in as much time and effort in loving myself, pano pa when it comes to putting in time and effort into somebody else? never ako magiging worthy or some sad shit like that. Ngayon sobrang kapal muks na ako at confident sa mga bagay bagay hahahaha

    Feel na feel ko. Muntikan na ako mamatay sa 1st try ko ng 300 kasi dinump ko sa safety pins. Nagpahinga ako ng mga 15 minutes bago sa second try. Nakuha ko pero hindi ass to the grass pero malapit na ng sobra. Below parallel. Willl work on depth next maximal attempt. Pero sa tomorrow speed work, jump squats, pause squats ang plano. Buti nalang kasama ko training partner ko. Malapit na matapos tong quest na to. Kelangan ma videohan yung 315 hehehehe.

    Felt a little bit under the weather and hung over as phuck earlier. B-day ng tropa napa 11 bottles of san miguel na sobrang lamig hahaha. Sarap ng papaitan na may kamias goddamnit. Hindi talaga nakakalasing pag maganda ng sobra usapan at puro tawanan.

    Nakaka badtrip talaga on pressing movements. Minsan kaya ko 110 on a very good day i 5x3 minsan hindi ko kaya i angat yung 90lbs. Ang gulo. This never happens on Deads at Squats.

    Deadly! I feel na kunti nalang magiging comfortable na ako sa dips. 1 rep lang nagiging lightheaded ako at parang 1 rep max effort ang katumbas. Gusto ko na mamatay after ma break yung 20 rep total.

    Felt so much intensity with doing only these exercises and felt my shoulders fried to the max and couldn't possibly do barbell presses and decided to end the day. Sa Dips palang patay na ako. Sarap.

  • It's decided! Lilipat na kami ng training partners ko sa ibang mas malaking gym. Kahit marami masyado tao nag bubuhat dun na puro broscience malaking pinagkaiba dahil oly bars at rubber plates at puede ibagsak yung DL's duon.
