Feel na feel ko. Muntikan na ako mamatay sa 1st try ko ng 300 kasi dinump ko sa safety pins. Nagpahinga ako ng mga 15 minutes bago sa second try. Nakuha ko pero hindi ass to the grass pero malapit na ng sobra. Below parallel. Willl work on depth next maximal attempt. Pero sa tomorrow speed work, jump squats, pause squats ang plano. Buti nalang kasama ko training partner ko. Malapit na matapos tong quest na to. Kelangan ma videohan yung 315 hehehehe.

Deadly! I feel na kunti nalang magiging comfortable na ako sa dips. 1 rep lang nagiging lightheaded ako at parang 1 rep max effort ang katumbas. Gusto ko na mamatay after ma break yung 20 rep total.
