criticize my meal plan please
6am-1 scoop of whey
2 slice of whole wheat bread
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 medium banana
6-7am WORKOUT:1 scoop of whey after
7am BREAKFAST
3 whole eggs
1 cup rice
10am 2 slice of whole wheat bread
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 medium banana
12nn LUNCH
1 cup rice
1 canned flat century tuna or chicken breast
3pm 2 slice of whole wheat bread
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 medium banana
7pm 1 cup rice
1 chicken breast or fried chicken or pork steak
before bedtime : 1 scoop of whey (using ON whey protein with 24g of protein)
is this enough on my workout days to build muscle

1 cup of white rice has 200 calories 45g carbs and 4g of protein
does that mean that the total calories from rice is
200+(45g carbsx4)+(4g proteinx4)=200+180+16=396
so in total 1 cup of rice has 396 calories ..correct or wrong

pero mukha pa rin payat dahil matangkad.

Protein: 1 gram = 4 calories
Carbohydrates: 1 gram = 4 calories
pansin ko lang sa diet mo masyado kang ma tinapay. too less protein or meats.
Remove the bread, focus on rice! more more rice!!!

At this point feel ko hindi mo kailangan ng ganun kla well thought out meal plan. Kelangan mo lang kumain ng marami at magbuhat hehe.
yung set up ng meal mo parang sa bb.com tsaka sa mga magazines ganyan din saken dati, pero parang hirap mag gain ng weight kaya binago ko it depends pa rin sa katawan mo , kagaya ng sabi nila add more meat pwede mo siya ipasok sa meryenda like lean beef gawin mong patty
