need help on when to take my supplement stack

good pm pinoybodybuilders. i know medyo noob question itong ipopost ko. pero para maka-siguro na rin. hihingi lang ako ng payo sa mga experts dyan or marami ng years of experience when it comes to bodybuilding with supps.

ito yung supplements na meron ako ngayon.
1) ON 100% whey gold standard
2) ON Creatine Powder
3) Dymatize Super Amino Caplets

question ko is, what is the ideal intake of the said supplements. alam ko dapat sundin ko yung label. pero i want to take it slowly. para hindi mabigla system ko.

eto ang balak ko,

1st week

Workout day:
pagkagising sa umaga - 1 super amino caplet
before workout - 5g creatine with grape juice
after workout - whey protein shake with 5g creatine
before going to bed - 1 super amino caplet

Rest Day:
pagkagising sa umaga - 1 super amino caplet
anytime of the day - whey protein shake with 5g creatine
before going to bed - 1 super amino caplet

tapos after 1 week, tanggalin ko na yung creatine loading. 5g each day na lang ang creatine.

and to give you an idea. i have been working out for the past 6-7 months? pero yung seryoso dun na 6 meals and 8 hrs sleep a day siguro mga 1-2 months lang. gawa ng pagka-busy sa school dahil graduating at maraming projects.

since medyo mahaba ang bakasyon ko ngayon before the review. seseryosohin ko ang buhat. :blush:

    looks fine naman po ang pag tetake ninyo. wala bang konting foods para sa:

    before workout - "(whole foods)" and 5g creatine with grape juice

    of course meron pa din food intake hehe. yang mga yan ay supplements lang talaga.

    first time ko mag gym with creatine on my system. hindi ko alam kong placebo effect or not, pero ang lakas ko kanina. :sport: sana effective nga talaga. :blush:

    yung dymatize super amino naman, hirap na hirap ako lunukin parati.napakalaki kasi talaga niya.

    What do you mean mabigla?

    Those supps are perfectly fine to take on their recommended dosage kahit na bago ka pa lang mag supp except if you have a pre-existing condition.
    BTW, no need to load sa creatine 5g is okay na yun
    Sa eating 6 meals, kahit 3 meals lang basta ung covered mo ang macros mo ayos na ayos na yun.

    even if sa Post WO wala na 5g Crea - Sulitin mo lang ang Meals....

  • so tuwing kelan ko na lang po inumin yung creatine?pre-workout na lang?

    bulking po ako. curerntly at 172 with a height of 5"11 , started with 155 last year.

    regarding h2o, i've been drinking almost 5 liters a day. kaya mayat maya ihi ng ihi. is this ok?or masama rin sa kidney?

    ako kahit anong oras ko iniinom ang creatine. madalas post. pag rest days, pagkagising.

    and its ok to drink water no hehe ndi magrereklamo kidney mo nyan. ikikiss ka pa nya sa tuwa :)
