HELLPPP im SO CONFUSED!!

ano po ba dapat kong gawin pataba pa? o pa cut na? almost 4 months na po ko mag bubuhat 65kgs po yun weight ko saka bakit d gumagalaw yun weight ko stable lng sya eh ano ba dapat gawin help po mga master :(

    bulking ka ba sir? gawa ka sir journal tapos lagay mo pics mo kung meron saka ung workout routine para nmakita nung mga masters dito at mabigyan ka magandang advise sa prob mo.

    chest- tricep
    back - bicep
    shoulder-traps-forearm
    legs- abs

    pa hingi naman po ng example ng bulking diet yung mura

    Imposibleng di ka mag gain ng weight kung nasa calorie surplus ka. That's an absolute truth.

    Make your own journal post there how much you eat and post some pics as well so we'll have an idea.

    monday rest wednesday rest friday rest sunday rest.........

    4months is not enough. kumbaga sir nasa peak ka palang nyan, set your goals, if you want to be big,bulk then go ahead go bulk, if you want to cut and theres no muscles to cut? so what to cut? confusing?

    What really happens pag ganito ang situation:

    "Dami kong kinakain as in" pero in reality hindi. Try writing down what you are eating and compute. makikita mo kung bakit di ka nagge-gain

    Create a personal journal here, then track your progress there. mahirap na yung nasa utak lang.

    Malamang nutrition talaga problema mo kasi kung gradual naman pagtaas ng buhat mo, dapat gradual din requirements ng katawan mo sa nutrition.

    again, create a log, post your wo, post your diet. :D

    gawa ka ng journal sir, para ma track mo ginagawa mo, sayang oras pag mali ang ginagawa mo,

    malalaman mo mag cut, kung sa tingin mo ok kana,may lean mass kana, na alam mo pag nag cut ka hindi mauubos ang muscle mo, and beware mahirap mag cut.

    tanging ikaw lang makakapagsabi kung mag cacut kana or hindi pa,

    Gumawa na po ko ng journal. Sabi skn dun Yun sa diet ko naman po eh basta damihan at kung ano makita ay kainin. Bulk bulk hehe

    Kinakabisado mo, so you think after a year of ligting you would still remember the weight that you were lifting on Day 1?

    Saan mo nakuha yung 5%/week na add ng weight? Rule of thumb is add 5lbs for pressing exercises and 10lbs for deadlift and squats on every training session not every week.

    dala ka ballpen at papel sa gym sir, i-record mo dun yung bubuhatin mo ngayon, tapos i compare mo the other week. medyo matrabaho pero worth it, at least na momonitor mo buhat mo. pwede rin gawin sa kain mo
