from a lurker to my own

new member here :D i already did introduce myself dun sa new members thread.. i started lifting weights po 2007. it was my 1st time mga 1 month lang ata. nag supps ako nun megamass4000 pero nasira lang at naabutan ng expiratation dahil nga hindi na ako nag gym nun. mga 1 month lang ata ako nag gym or 2 months way back 2007 tapos bumalik ako gym 2011 april to december. without supps. still unhealthy lifestyle. hehe. eto mejo lumakas ng kaunti. and now sana ng new year's reso ko is to be big. tulad kay sir last and sir milk. hehe props to sir monch to leading me to this site pala. i learned a lot kaka lurk dito sa site na to

im 5'4 ata or 5'5

BP 110lbs x 8
Shoulder press 70lbs x 8
deadlift 80lbs x 10

sana i can learn more pa from here. and i have the will and determination. hehe. btw no supps ngayon. no money. im a fresh nursing graduate pala. im hoping to here from the masters here.
(i know all of you naman is master) hehe.
goal: to lose beer belly and to gain weight up to 150lbs. and i believe. eating is very hard. hehe

im hoping sana meron magbigay saken ng program and ill start from there.

mon: chest/bi
tues: rest
wed: shoulders/traps
thurs: rest
fri: back/triceps
saturday: legs/30mins jogging/abs
sunday:rest

    salamat sa welcome mga sir.! sunday rest day. bukas chest and biceps. hehe. basa basa lang ako. hehe. effective ba serious mass for bulking? hehe. pag nagka-pera kasi yun ang target ko. ;)
  • SM would definitely help sa bulking though don't rely on it too much. Nutrients from solid food ka pa din focus sir kung gusto mo lumaki.

    ive tried serious mass, its fine, better,...
    Pero Pwede na yung whey for bulking... tsaka eat eat eat lang....;)

    Welcome sir kurt. Kung mataas serving hanap nyo sulit ang Iso-100 81+ ang serving kaya lang mas maganda sya sa cutting. Goodluck sa board exam bro.

    D pa ako naka try ng Myo... On lang po na Whey....kaya d ko ma dffer...
    ang ginawa ko noon is Post WO tsaka Snack sa Afternoon,then sa gabi...
    At nag gain din ako, may kasama pa na laking mga taghiyawat. :D

    di ko pala sya na-update yesterday. biceps and chest yesterday. almost 2 hours ok lang kaya mejo matagal kasi rest time ko kasi nag heavy ako. salamat guys!

    wow 2hrs.. your not building muscle your burning it.. sir 1hr lang para hindi ka naman stressful..
  • wow 2hrs..nakakatamad na kung 2 hrs sir kurt at tama si sir rot nkaka sunog na masyadong muscle yan. at tanong ko,di ka ba napapagod sa 2 oras na babad after? kasi mas ok kapag after mo mag gym ay sobrang lakas pa rin na raramdaman mo at hindi yung parang gulay ka na dahil pagod na pagod ka parang nag marathon

    hehehe dito sa lugar namin ni sir kurt kanto kanto may gym lahat ensayo pa.. baka sa chicks yan lalo na sir kung sa olympus gym ka nag gygym.. hehe

    @ sir rot madame pala chicks dun sa olympus gym ah. kaya pala dun kayo. hehe, joke! :D btw, amlost 2 hours ako nag gym kasi puno ng mga highschool varsity peeps. hehe. ang iingay ng mga bata. lol and almost 3-4mins rest ko nun kasi i increased my BP + 10lbs kada set. very low reps.
    4-6reps. ok lang kaya?

    so flat BP nung monday is 140lbs x 5 not bad for my weight and height. hehe. btw. last time pala nagbabasa ako dito sa site natin tapos di ako naka-log in.. nakalimutan ko kasi may account na pala ako dito kala ko lurker pa din ako. haha! deltoids day today ;)

  • oo ok yun. yun ginagawa ko. pero dapat may spotter ka sa ibang exercise. at sana wag ka mabitin sa pump,kasi yun din naramdaman ko nung una,bitin sa pump di tulad ng GVT at 5x5

    Sirs, Im having this dilemma of what supp should i get BUDGET wise. Bum ako ngayon talaga and every peso count. Lol. 3k is my budget. Should i get ON serious mass + ON creatine powder OR ON whey + ON creatine powder??

    Plus anong ON whey ang masarap na tapos mejo madame servings? 65 servings pataas. Para mejo mas madame sa myo. Hehe, thanks guys!

    yes sir. medyo ok na din daw kasi yung whey pang pa-mass and mas madame servings nya diba? ayun, sana matulungan nyo ko sa dilemma ko
  • bili ka nalang dymatize elite.or compare mo ung servings nila ni on, then kung nag papamass ka, kumain ka lang ng kumain sir, mas maganda mang galing sa whole foods ang magegain mong mass, then syempre workout hard and intense.
