Leaner abs and thinner legs

hi po!
im dj,
newbie po on this community of yours, i came across this site nung nagsearch po ako ng prices ng whey sa cash and carry, via google. ang goal ko po sana is to get leaner abs and thinner legs, kasi for my height (5ft 3in) mejo malaki po ung mga binti ko, if its possible po to make it thinner.
current workout routine:
shoulders
shoulder press, machine
dumbell shoulder lifts (raise)
circular plate lifts(di ko po alam kung pano tawag, ung iniikot po sa head)
deltoid dumbell lifts
chest
bench press
chest pulls
chest press (machine)
inclined dumbell press
back
partial deadlifts
lat pull down
chin ups
legs
squats
leg press(machine)
calf press(machine)
lunges
abs
crunches
leg raises
push ups
cardio
running 30mins each workout day
or stationary bike
as early as now marami na po ako natututunan sa mga threads na nakapost and nagrereply din po ako kung may maisasagot naman po hehe, i would greatly appreciate it po if you can share your thoughts about this routine, i've been working on it po for 2mos and so far mas maganda ung improvements ko compared sa previous kong routine na full body workout

As suggested madalas ng mga masters dito very good ang SL 5x5 for beginners. Check our workout routines thread for the link.
Malaki? post ka pics bro. kasi usually pag lumaki na ung upper mo ma co-complement nyan ung lower mo kung malaki nga.
ang the best po siguro dyan boss dj is hapitin mo ang workout ng upper body mo para maabutan yung laki ng legs mo...kasi po pag lumiit ang legs po tapos lumaki naman ang upper body mo, saka ka maghahapit ng pagpapalaki naman ng legs...
kaya hayaan mo lang boss yang legs mo, ang karirin mo boss ay yung upper body mo..
dami po kaya ditong gustong lumaki ang legs..**isa na po ako dun**
Palagay ko di pa ganun kalaki legs mo, maliban na lang kung nagdidikit ang calves mo pag naglalakad ka.

dati po kasi akong mataba, so mataba po ang legs ko, gusto ko sana magnipis, actually, hindi rin naman ganon kalaki ang upper ko, kaya po sana ang hinahabol ko ay yung upper ko, ayoko kasi sana ng masyadong malaking upper, tamang lean and cuts lang.. will post picture soon.. parang hindi ko ata pwede itigil iworkout ang binti ko, natatakot ako mapalitan nnaman ng taba ang muscles, atleast kasi ngayon mejo dararamdaman ko na ang muscles sa kanya, hindi na malambot at fluffy na parang unan thanx po sa reply!!!!@monching
