halos same height po tayo at weight, i re-started weight training at 164lbs...ngayon nasa 172lbs na ako..bulking mode po...
boss dami mong supps, grabe..hehe...
same din po tayong hindi masyadong fave ang back...pero hinahapit ko ngayong ang pagde-deadlift..
