    boss sam, welcome po...
    halos same height po tayo at weight, i re-started weight training at 164lbs...ngayon nasa 172lbs na ako..bulking mode po...
    boss dami mong supps, grabe..hehe...
    same din po tayong hindi masyadong fave ang back...pero hinahapit ko ngayong ang pagde-deadlift..
    update mo kami sa progress mo boss... :)

    slight head-ache knina pgkgcng after nap. idk kung dhl sa nk2lg ako ng may pawis o dahil sa side effects ng keto.

    ketosis can be harmful pag umabot lang sa metabolic acidosis, or tinatawag na Ketoacidosis malalaman mo agad yan pag nahihilo ka or amoy ammonia ung hininga mo. baka stress lang ung head ache mo sir. :)

    sir, correct me if im wrong, ketoacidosis is for patients with DM ( diabetes mellitus ) or patients with hormonal problems.. iba ung ketosis ng KETO diet sa ketoacidosis..

    pwede din kasi mangyare sir pero small possibility lang. kasi ketones is ketones pa din, result ng pagburn ng fats and ketones are acidic in pH kaya nagkakaroon pa din tayo ng mga effects such as Head Ache at Acetone Breathe.

    ayun nabasa ko din ung sa BB na website, naliwanagan na ko kaya di sila nag papa straight ketosis kasi nga delikado daw ang ammonia sa brain cells which is true naman :D

    pero regarding nga sa diet nyo ngayon mababa nga talaga ang possibility

    very bad day.
    kumain ako sa chinese restaurant today with lots of different kinds of ingredients idk. sana hindi mataas carbs ng mga nakain ko (estimated lng sobra ung macro ko today)

    bago ako mag gym wla laman tiyan ko kaya ampangit ng WO ko. wla focus wla energy tpos dami pa kaagaw.

    tpos umuulan pa knina tpos nagkaroon ako mlks n urge pra mag smoke. napabalik nnmn ako smoking. nasira ung 5days clean streak ko :(
