Ano bang supplement dapat gamitin ko kasi 5'10 ako and im 180lbs , almost 2months na ko nag lift ng weights sa gym and cardio at home , proper diet naman ako , Ano ba tagala dapat ung Pre workout/NO supp or fat burner gamitin ko ?
Ang goal ko kasi is pumayat pero mag gain ng muscles . Umiinom din pala ko ng whey pro post work out , Im 17 years old pala Thanks

regarding supplements naman po, you may want to consider creatine and fat burner supps aside from whey (though i don't use fat burner po kaya wala akong idea kung ano ang ok)
halos maka-same height pala tayo but I now weigh 172lbs...alam mo bang yang 180 lbs ang goal kong weight, boss robotpakwan?

And ngayon ngayon lang ako nag ggym gusto ko pa pumayat and mag gain ng muscles ..
