Nitrotech/Celltech effect

Mga bossing di ko kasi maintindahan kung anu talaga eefect ng Nitrotech/Celltech... pampaMASS ba sya o pede ring pamapaRIPPED? gusto ko kasi mging lean... currently using Hydroxycut Hardcore..

    nitrotech is protein supplement by muscle tech, it's used for both bulking and cutting

    celltech- creatine with TONS of sugar, will defintely fatten you up

    conclusion:
    muscletech=overpriced,overrated

    true! read many reviews about muscletech, overrated daw talaga at too good to be true daw* yung label...
  • thanks sa reply mga bossing, inuubos ko na lng kc yung HYDRO, I want to try protein shake kc mas mabilis dw magpalabas ng cuts yun.. ska katakot yung HYDRO baka tamaan ako sa kidney. Ano masasuggset nyo bukod sa nitrotech?

    mansterraner just train hard.. i know youre desired body, maraming ganyan kasi sa gym namin boracay body gusto mo.want big arms and abs pero hindi gaano malaki.. just a cardio and good lift ma achieve mo yan..

    im not particular sa big arms, yung abs naman mapaliit ko lng masaya na ko... kung familiar kau sa running sub 25 sa 5k, sub 50 sa 10k and so on... nabasa ko din kc na para makatakbo ka ng malakas mas maganda na malakas core mo... khit me visible cuts lng sa mid section masaya na ko...pag gumawa ako ng journal makikita nyo ibig ko sabihin... saka yoko mgpabulk kc liit lng naman ako... lalo ko lilit...

    tsaka leg press, talagang co compact yung muscles mo sa CORE... best rin talaga mag legs prog...

    sinasama ko sya sa triceps ko.... LUNGES dont forget also it can reducts weight probably.

    Hello po,

    Just reading yong mga feedbacks and dami ko natutunan. Mag tatanung na din po ako. With regard sa belly, or mid section. Nasabi sakin dati na cardio is one way para mawala yon. That means running dba po? Kaso nabsa jo din na cardio tends to loose not only body fat, nasasama din yong muscles. Kung mag run po ako ano po ba dapat gano katagal and gano kalayo also ilang days kada lingo?

    Swnsya na po daming tanong. Ask ko na din ano ibg sabihin ng bf?

    Currently 5'3 and 140lbs tingin ko ok weigth sa height la nako magagawa sadyang maliit. Ok na po ba weigth baka mamaya mali ako.

    how about for ectomorphs? me nabasa kasi ako sa "Muscle and Brawn" website na, for ectomorphs, ili-limit lang yung cardio exercises from 5-10 mins? pag ganyan ba, matagal tagal ang progress sa tyan?

    Ako lumiit tyan ko ng no cardio :D dinaan ko sa diet.
