Listahan ni Kalabosong Bongbong

For the brand new start...

I had a great workout yesterday kaya DOMS day today..ansarap ng feeling ng hindi makagalaw..

I will start the Intermittent fasting and Leangains..

DB Military Press

Tricep push down
90, 100, 130, 150 x 10

btw, no need to post pic..nagkalat na pagmumuka ko sa forum..pics during the group wo will be posted in my photo journal..ayaw pa din gumana ng bluchut ko eh...pacheck ko bukas sa office...

    pwede yung day 1 mo heavy yung bench press mo sa umpisa then heavy din naman yung umpisa mo sa biceps. try kita sabayan kun sa saturday ka ulit punta. gamitin natin yang program mo.
