Need help on supplementation

Hello! noob here :)

I plan to start lifting again after a month's rest which would be a week from now. Before that I had a 3 month-no supplement gym training. Focusing mainly on compound exercises with proper form on as much weight I can handle. Something like HIIT but modified.

I'm 5'7, 145lbs. Diet is okay. I eat as much protein as I can from fish, chicken, beef, eggs, wheat bread-peanut butter sandwich, oatmeal. Taken every 2-3 hours.

Gym days were MWF with Mondays for Chest & Biceps, Wednesdays for Shoulder & Legs, Fridays for Back & Triceps. No ab days. 1 hour to 1-1/2 hour max gym time.

The same regimen would be followed but inserting Abs as well as cardio on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Saturdays and Sundays are rest days.

For the next training I plan to incorporate supplements which are: ON Whey, Promatrix 7, Jack3D, Met-Rx 3000 Amino Acid, Weider L-Glutamine 3000 caps, Dymatize powdered Creatine, ON Optimen & Puritan's Pride Omega-3 Fish oil.

These are already on hand. Some were bought impulsively :P

Generally I plan to take these as follows:

1. Optimen and Fish oil after 3 main meals.
2. Promatrix as morning and before bed drink
3. Jack3D, 3 grams of Creatine and Amino Acid as pre-workout
4. On Whey and Glutamine as post-workout drink
5. 5 grams of Creatine during non-workout days to maintain creatine level

Regarding this Puritan's Pride Omega-3 Fish oil. I'm not sure when to take it aside from the label's instructions. I read somewhere that its good to take when your on caloric deficit.

Does it mean its better to take during cutting phase?

I also read a bit late (after buying :@) that Prof. Brian Scott Peskin warned of fish oil usage Fish Oil Fallacy pdf

Is this true?

Are my planned intake of supplements optimal or not? Do I need to tweak it?

Any inputs will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance! :D
