Tanong ko lang mga Master. Nagpapa Check ba kayo ng BP? kung Oo gaano kadalas? Kasi stressful ang BB,kahit exercise to siempre nakaka stress din

    lol! i have the same way of thingking before but its always good to know if you have high bp or not. dito nag sisimula ang karamihan ng sakit kaya maige nang alam natin. me, im always on the higher end of it lol. thats what you expect if your body weight is heavier than it should.

    hmm how often ? Pag nakakakita ako ng pang BP sa house or pag nag do donate ng blood lage naman sa 120/80.

    meron kasi akong na basang post dito na na hilo raw after cardio at parang nasusuka,kaya na isip ko ipost to hehehe

    that is basically the cause of lack of oxygen kaya nakaka ramdam ng pagkahilo or nasusuka after a set specially kung pwersado yung buhat mo at nag pipigil ka pa ng hangin.

    ako yung weighing machine sa mercury kasama na dun bp..every 2 weeks siguro ko mag weign in...normal bp pero nakakaramdam din ako ng nasusuka at hilo which is naexplain na ni sir milk...

    yun. post mo ata chief yung na basa ko na nka ranas ng ganyan hehehe pero ok pa din tlg kung na momonitor ang BP kahit once a month or week

    tama si boss milk madalas yan sa Squat

    worst na saken ung inaantok pag nag g gym lol gabi narin kasi ako nakakuwi 8-9:30 workout ko
