    hehehe hindi ko na uulitin yun 1kilo uncooked para akong bibitayin nun. Kelangan kumain para kahit papano magkasolid mass naman.

    ah hehe kasi sir siguro alam ko na mag cycle ng carbs and fats kumbaga alam ko when to eat it right para hindi sya maging super fats.

    In one sitting kinakain ko yung majority ng calories ko a day kaya mukhang madami pero it doesn;t matter if 5-6meals a day or 2 meals a day as long as same ang calories required mo for the day.

    tho may fats pa talaga ako ngayon, inconvenient truth eh need ko i lowered down pa yung water weight and some fats kasi pag natambling ako parang may tubig sa katawan ko na mabigat.
