Naka-basa ako ng magandang article ni Dave Tate tungkol sa pag-gamit ng full range of motion, bodybuilding style routine para maibalik niya ang mobility at flexibility ng katawan niyang nawarak ng todo dahil sa powerlifting.

For someone who is known in strength circles as one of the veteran elite in power lifting, he eventually employed a bodybuilding style workout to bring his body back to shape. Interesting lang how he's found a middle ground between guys who say na "ah hindi epektib ang bicep curls mag barbell row, squat at deadlift ka nalang" and the guys who are cardio and isolation exercise freaks.

Sa mga dumaan sa bodybuilding routines dito, ano masasabi niyo regarding sa mobility, flexibility at general condition ng katawan niyo dahil sa bodybuilding routines at exercises? Nakatulong ba sa athleticism niyo parang sa pinag-daanan ni Dave Tate?
