A Bodybuilder Should Know

Carbohydrates mixed with protein turn to fat. Carbohydrates only
turn to fat. Start counting grams of carbohydrates. Forget counting
calories.

Stress or hyperactivity will not allow you to digest food properly,
destroying muscle tissue. Eat slowly and put energy into your life.

Cigarette smoking will cause restriction of the capillary system you
are trying to build, making muscle gains difficult.

Eggs are the best source of inexpensive protein. Use the best fertile
eggs.

Fats are desirable and combined with protein help emulsify bodyfat
and provide energy

Let's make this thread stuck... We'll refresh this everyday,..i'll try my best to put response with a nice informative sayings/info for us brader in arms...:) Like this below...Don't eat before bed. When you go to sleep your metabolism slows right down. If you eat before bed (especially carbohydrates) there's a good chance that your body will not burn the energy and you will store it as fat. Try not to eat and carbs for at least 2-3 hours before bed.

actually hindi lang yan sir, I also don't agree with the first statement regarding the calorie counting.. you will lose weight if you lessen your calories and you will gain if you exceed maintaince.. even if you choose your calories mostly from carbs but your on a caloric deficit, you will still lose weight..

Testosterone levels start to decrease in both male and females around the age of 28. One good thing is that testosterone levels can be increased through proper diet and a few lifestyle changes such as getting enough sleep, and lifting weights. Foods that naturally increase testosterone include steak, oysters, olives, avocados, eggs, figs, asparagus, nuts, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, and zinc.
  • sometimes earlier than 28, most of the teens ngayon lifestyle na ng 25 years old up ang ginawa. puyat, yosi, alak. pero naniniwala ako na pag nag decreased ang testo mo maibabalik mo din ito pag normal ang lifestyle mo. kung ang lifesttyle mo, di nagpupuyat, eating right, exercise. wlang reason para bumaba ang testo lvl mo. for ex. if ur married and di ka na attracted sa kanya. pag nagtagal pa at pinilit nyo pa din mafefeel mo na talaga na bumaba ang test level mo. para ka ng numb. good example din ng testo decrease if your taking prohibited drugs. it can sure does lower ur test level. un friend ko dte hes taking met. may erectyle disfunction na sya. napakahirap na daw to get a hard on.

Free weights require more balance, coordination and utilization of stabilizer muscles. For example, if you’re doing a standing dumbbell shoulder press, you’re not only working your shoulder muscles but also your abdominal and leg muscles to stabilize your body. However when you use free weights, you must always be aware of your form. There’s much more room for error as opposed to the controlled movement on a machine. And, in the beginning, use a weight that’s comfortable. If the weight is too heavy, you’re probably going to sacrifice form and that can be a real invitation for injury.

Maganda yung carb plus protein pang post wo. Carbs helps the protein to go to muscle faster.
