almost 5 months na po ako nag ggym... program is 2x per week due to work.
nxt year i'm planning to take whey protein para naman mas lumaki ng konti ang katawan ko...
pwede po ba makahingi ng overview about whey protein like effects and side effects?
and pano po ba mas mapapabilis ang pag tanggal ng taba sa tyan?
lahat na ata ng crunch ginawa ko pero ndi man lang mabawasan?

tungkol naman sa taba sa tyan, doing crunches will make your abdominal muscles strong/big and minimal lang yung fat burn.. Diet and Cardio will do

hi! wala pong spot reduction na tinatawag.. pang plastic surgery lang po yun. increase your metabolism na lang through exercise and proper nutrition.
6 weeks based sa observation ko sa sarili ko nung nag sisimula palang ako
it will vary from person to person, saka depende kung gano kadaming body fat ang papababain mo. if you are religously following your diet (take note proper diet, not starving yourself to death) you'll see visible results around 4-6 weeks pero nde pa to yung pinaka "toned" na hinananap mo it could probably take longer than that. sa case kasi ni sir toysuki mabilis kasi ang meta nya kaya in 6 weeks toned enough na sya. now on your case, just make sure to follow proper diet, rest properly, lift heavy, tapos add cardio dun sa routine mo.
